Role: Manager - Supply planner (Domestic & Export)Location: Mumbai (Kandivali) Experience: 7+ years (with 3-4 years in export/international markets)We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to optimize our domestic and international supply chain. You will play a crucial role in developing accurate forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and driving customer satisfaction across markets. Demand Planning Lead demand reviews within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for both domestic and export markets. Align demand forecasts with commercial strategies. Supply Planning & Inventory Management Develop and maintain supply plans considering production capacity, material availability, and logistics constraints. Monitor inventory strategies, including safety stock, to reduce stock-outs and excess. Optimize product allocation and distribution to prevent aging stock. Export Logistics & Compliance Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping lines to optimize delivery schedules. Oversee export documentation like invoices, packing lists, and certificates. Performance Analysis & Improvement Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and data availability. Identify supply chain bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Present data-driven insights to leadership. Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers for smooth operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields ~7+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (3-4 years in export/international markets preferred)~ Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, and global trade regulations ~ Expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel ~
