The Demand Planner will work closely with Demand Managers, Commercial Leaders, Product Managers and Supply Chain Planners to ensure we have clear and up to date Demand Execution plan. The Demand planner will be the focal point for ensuring the short term demand plan is accurate, documented and communicated through the organization.

Responsibilities / Duties
- Ensures best demand planning practices are followed within the organisation
- Ensures data maintenance of the Demand planning system OMP
- Partners with commercial and supply chain teams to streamline and improve processes and systems.
- Monitor short term demand execution to identify gaps in forecasts and product mix changes and maintain accuracy of the product mix
- Incorporate short term adjustments to the demand plan as required
- Provides customer specific volumes in alignment with regional allocations
- Maintains customer specific volume allocations in OMP and APO
- Facilitates Demand Execution meetings
- Generates standard reports, plan accuracy, bias, month to month changes to support Demand Execution and S&OE Meetings

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail, advanced analytical and excel skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Supply Chain
- Experience with ECC, OMP, APO Demand / Supply planning and Diamond Systems Reporting.
