Employee Lifecycle SpecialistThe role of Employee Lifecycle Specialist involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and software.Coordinate new-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system provisioning for seamless onboarding logisticsManage employee changes in HRIS; maintain accurate personnel recordsCoordinate exit logistics, asset recovery, and systems access removal for efficient offboardingServe as first-line point of contact for HR inquiries and route complex issues appropriatelyDevelop and maintain HR standard operating procedures and checklists; identify opportunities to streamline routine tasksCompliance with federal, state, and local employment regulationsOngoing compliance tasks: I-9 audits, EEO data integrity, and ACA trackingPreparing recurring and ad-hoc HR metricsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldThree to five years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experienceStrong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBenefits-This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others-The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can drive process improvements and contribute to the success of our organization.
