Program Implementation Manager

One of our clients, a leading fintech company is seeking for Implementation head for their dynamic team.
Significant experience in developing applications using Microsoft technologies, including .NET, MVC, and integration with external APIs and databases, proficient in C#, VB.NET, and SQL Server, and have a strong understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM) and ETL processes.
Minimum 10 years' IT management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
Preferred certification: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) .
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in IT management and project implementation, coupled with a thorough understanding of the financial services industry.
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the organization.
Collaborate closely with leadership team to align IT strategies with overarching business goals.
Drive the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirement
Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Develop and manage the IT budget, prioritizing prioritizing cost-effective solutions.
Monitor project progress closely and address any issues or risks promptly.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven IT management and project implementation experience in financial services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Design and implement IT security strategies to protect business applications, assess vulnerabilities, and manage IT audits to ensure cyber resilience.
