We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Business Consulting - AnalyticsIn this role, you will:The jobholder will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics etc.Data Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniques. Trend Analysis and Dashboard Creation based on Visualization techniqueDevelop Statistical models and data frameworks. Participate in projects leading to solutions using various analytic techniquesIndependently delivers end to end on simple projects. Should assist in delivery of more complicated analyses/strategy under supervision of the team lead within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standardsProduce high quality data and reports which support process improvements, decision-making and achievement of performance targets across the respective Business Areas.Responsible for developing and executing Business Intelligence / analytical initiatives in line with the objectives laid-down by business, using from different structured and unstructured data sources.Understand business requirements enough to be able to produce, automate, analyses and interpret analysis reports and support the compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible for effectively deliver the projects within timeline and at desired quality level To be successful you will: Basic data & analytics experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial services preferredFamiliarity with analytic systems with SQL and Python skills. Strong Microsoft suite skills. Qlik Sense, Big Query and GCP knowledgeStrong analytical skills and detail oriented. Understand basic data quality management principlesGood communication skills in both written and spoken. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideasAbility to work in cross-functional teams.
