Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Director-FCCS Consolidations(Oracle Financial) professional with exceptional technical expertise to manage complex financial consolidation processes.Process trial balance loads from source general ledger systems and into the FCCS consolidations system.Translate consolidating financial statements from local currency to USD leveraging system capabilities.Ensure accurate elimination of manual and system transactions, with all IC and 'Offset' accounts at zero.Process and Prepare LE and Consolidated CTA Proofs to validate financial statement translations.Provide support for local statutory filings and ensure compliance.Key Responsibilities:Reload Day 0 FX rates overwriting Day -3 FX rates for consolidated BS re-translation.Process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, ensuring accuracy and validity.Process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD, verifying correctness.Configure Ad Hoc Reporting in FCCS and maintain reporting suites as required.Requirements:Complex consolidations experience: 20+ years.Significant FX Remeasurement experience.Experience translating local currency financial statements into Parent's USD reporting currency.Cumulative Translation Adjustment (CTA) and CTA Proofs expertise.Strong accounting background and attention to detail.Consolidation troubleshooting skills.ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and general ledger account analysis.Fluctuation Analysis process knowledge.Cash Flow consolidation and supplemental footnote preparation expertise.ASC 230 'Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash' Proof proficiency.Intercompany accounts handling involving multiple IC subsidiaries.Advanced Excel skills and FP&A software.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with CA or CMA certification.
