Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.Job Description:The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. They will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Responsibilities include:Managing complete bookkeeping using any accounting software, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Creating and managing international client export invoices and handling associated bank reconciliations.Tracking accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting.Managing vendor invoices, expense tracking, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations.Handling TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation as per IT/ITES compliance standards.Overseeing month-end and year-end financial closures with complete audit-ready documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies.Mandatory hands-on expertise in any accounting software (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).Strong experience in audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance activities.Benefits:Fully remote work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
