PKMS/WMi QA AnalystWe are seeking an experienced PKMS/WMi QA Analyst to support quality assurance activities within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Key Responsibilities:Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deployments.Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.Validate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns.Execute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.Support production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readiness.Work closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful implementations.Provide support for test data preparation and environment setup.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS / Manhattan WMi.Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes.Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking.Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP/OMS systems.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
