You’ll design and ship cloud-native, high-performance systems, using modern infrastructure and compiled language Rust , while mentoring teams through strong technical leadership.We are also looking for Junior Developer to work with Principal Software development consultant on the project. 🔧 What You’ll DoBuild scalable, cloud-native backend systemsWrite production-grade Rust code focused on performanceLead through code reviews, prototyping, and mentorshipWork hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, and CI/CDDrive implementation from design to deploymentTune performance and handle concurrency & optimization challenges✅ RequirementsPrincipal : 10+ years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform) , Min 4+ years of Proven experience with Rust. We may consider candidates who has total exp lower than 10 years but have 4+ years in RustJunior Developer: 4+ years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform) , Min 2+ years of Proven experience with Rust. Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, distributed APIsStrong understanding of Linux internals, networking, observabilityFamiliarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, and Terraform/PulumiProven ownership of complex systems from design to deliveryMandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in Rust programmingPreferred: Exposure to Golang (nice to have)🌟 Bonus SkillsAsync runtimes (Tokio, etc.), memory-safe systemsProfiling, low-latency, or instrumentation experienceOpen-source contributions (Rust or infra tooling)💡 MindsetYou lead through execution & mentorship, not policyYou’re a builder who loves writing and improving codeYou enjoy ambiguity and solving complex, performance-critical problems📩 Interested?
