Job Overview:


The HR Executive will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department primarily focusing on recruitment. This entrylevel position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are enthusiastic about starting a career in HR. The HR Executive will support a range of HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire doentation and coordinating orientation sessions.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and uptodate.

  • Manage organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.

  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Support the administration of employee benefits including health insurance and leave management.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations.

  • Manage in generating HR reports and presentations for management.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and ss.

  • Uphold the companys core values: Deliver what was asked deliver on time deliver within budget deliver quality and deliver a great experience.


Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong organizational ss with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss capable of engaging with employees at all levels.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices particularly in recruitment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.


Preferred Ss:


  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is advantageous.

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.

  • Understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices including candidate sourcing screening and interviewing.

  • Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and promote a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
