The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Indian taxation processes (GST & Income Tax).Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and GST Returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual).Perform reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.Manage bank payments, cheque processing, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).Generate e-invoices and e-way bills using the GST portal and Tally Prime.Handle GST workings, audit preparation, and maintain all required supporting documents.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting.Use accounting software like Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Winman CA ERP, and tools like MS Excel/MS Office for reporting and financial management.Communicate with clients to collect invoices, bank statements, and other documents.Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, and invoice clarifications.Utilize Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and formatting for data reporting and analysis.Key Skills & Proficiencies:Accounting & BookkeepingGST Compliance & AuditIncome Tax Return FilingBank ReconciliationClient Communication & CoordinationTally ERP / Tally PrimeWinman CA-ERPMS Office & MS Excel (Basic, VLOOKUP)E-invoice and E-way Bill GenerationAudit Support & DocumentationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST and Income Tax).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person
