Based on this intelligence, we introduce Enterprise Consciousness, a paradigm that empowers organizations to think and act as one.Role Summary-The QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance process during software development, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role involves creating test strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into every stage of the SDLC. The lead is expected to leverage expertise in Python, Selenium, Requests, BDD frameworks, and Jenkins to drive automation initiatives and CI/CD adoption.### Key Responsibilities-· Define test strategies and scope for each release and prepare comprehensive test plans in alignment with requirements and business priorities.· Develop scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and BDD (Behave/Cucumber) to ensure robust and maintainable test coverage across UI and API layers.· Automate API testing using the Requests library and Postman, ensuring integration reliability and faster feedback cycles.· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, enabling continuous quality validation and faster release cycles.· Mentor and lead QA engineers, balancing workloads, closing skill gaps, and driving best practices in automation and agile testing.· Monitor test execution, analyze metrics (defect density, pass rate, coverage), and provide real-time reporting to stakeholders.· Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.· Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid schedule delays or quality issues.· Drive continuous improvement by introducing new testing tools, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency and reliability.### Qualifications and Skills-· 4+ years of experience in QA, with hands-on leadership in automation and test strategy.· Strong technical expertise in Python, Selenium, Requests, BDD framework (Behave/Cucumber) and Jenkins.· Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, BrowserStack).· Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to optimize workflows for faster, more reliable delivery.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; certifications such as ISTQB/ISEB are a plus.### Preferred Attributes-· Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.· Familiarity with Playwright for modern end-to-end automation.· Experience with cloud environments and scalable SaaS platforms.· Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).· Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging QA technologies.
