Job descriptionAbout the Job:Job Position: Associate Trainee (NON-TECHNICAL)Shift Time: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift) - (M-F)Compensation - INR 3.21 LPA + Incentive*Location: WINWAY WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.Eligible Degree & Branches: MBA & B.E/ B.Tech, MCA (All Branches-2024, 2025 & 2026)Website: www.americanchase.comJob Skills And Responsibilities- Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.- Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.Requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Excellent interpersonal skills- Attention to Details- Proactiveness- Individual LeadershipBenefits- Comprehensive Health Insurance- 5 Days Working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)- Vibrant Work Culture- Cab Facility - F- ✓ / M- X- Attractive incentive and appraisal structures and Many more
