**Job Position**: Associate Trainee

**Shift Time**: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM IST (M-F)

**Compensation** - INR 3 LPA + Incentive*

**Location**: WINWAYS WORLD OFFICES, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P.

**Job skills and Responsibilities**:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
- Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
