About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - HRBP to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business and HR expertise, acting as a strategic partner to management. You will play a key role in new hire onboarding, workforce planning, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
What you will deliver:
Act as a resource and advisor to practice management on human resources matters, including new hire onboarding, new initiatives, and company policies and procedures.
Provide expert consulting services to the organization, leveraging a strong blend of business and HR acumen to identify and solve complex problems.
Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Offer guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
Plan, organize, and execute social activities and events aimed at promoting team building, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Utilize data-driven approaches to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Operate social media platforms and use designing tools like Canva to enhance HR communication and engagement efforts.
Must haves for the role:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
3-4 years of experience in an HRBP role within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with employees, managers, and external partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in social media platforms and designing tools like Canva.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
