Senior Performance Strategist Role Job Summary:An experienced performance strategist is sought to drive organizational success by developing, implementing and refining OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks and KPI management systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to interpret complex data, providing actionable insights that drive strategic actions. Main Responsibilities:OKR Management:Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Implements and manages the OKR digital platform, including planning, rollout, training, and ongoing support Facilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, engaging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectives Provides coaching on OKR best practices, emphasizing formulation, monitoring, and achievement KPI Management:Defines, tracks, and maintains business-critical KPIs across functions and projects, ensuring relevance and accuracy Establishes robust KPI governance, including clear ownership, review cadences, and escalation processes Conducts regular KPI health checks and validation cycles to ensure data consistency and integrity Designs, deploys, and manages comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports, identifying performance gaps and operational risks RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 7 years' experience in strategic planning or performance management, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design and tracking, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex dataExperience leading transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performanceExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching and trainingProficient in using OKR software tools and data visualization platformsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to clearly articulate objectives and outcomesProven experience in managing difficult conversations and influencing senior stakeholdersHighly organized and process-oriented, with a strategic mindset
