We have partnered with a well known medical technology company, primarily focused on women's health.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day setup of a new diagnostic testing facility in India. Reporting to the Commercial GM, this role requires a proactive leader who can drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure operational success once the project gets the green light.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the setup of the diagnostic testing facility from scratch, collaborating with operations, HR, and facilities teams.
Drive the project to ensure on-time delivery, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure the proper delivery and setup of lab products.
Support the lab consultant in ensuring smooth integration and functionality of the testing facility.
Manage project tools such as MS Projects, Trello, or other PM tools to track progress and milestones.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a medical technology environment.
Occasional travel may be required within India, with the possibility of a trip to Dubai.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of project management experience, with a strong understanding of resource planning and charting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
Experience in supply chain, operations, or a commercial role, preferably in MedTech or a regulated industry.
Project management certification is a plus.
Experience launching products or setting up new facilities would be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior directors and managers.
Knowledge of lab systems and integration with Oracle is desirable.
