Data Science ProfessionalThe data science team is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to transform skill assessment, career development, and talent management.We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Perform statistical modeling and analysis to validate model performance.Requirements:3-5 years of experience as a data scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with popular libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
