Camera Operation for Shoots Operate the camera effectively during shoots to capture high-quality, stable, and visually accurate footage. 2. Lighting & Basic Setup Assistance Support the setup of lighting, reflectors, and basic production equipment to ensure the scene is properly lit and shoot-ready. 3. Equipment Management & Maintenance Maintain cameras, lenses, batteries, and accessories, ensuring all equipment is organized, functional, and shoot-ready at all times. 4. On-Ground Shoot Coordination Assist the production team on set by coordinating movements, preparing setups, and ensuring smooth shoot flow. 5. Footage Backup & Organization Manage timely backup, labeling, and organization of raw footage to support a seamless post-production workflow. 6. Support in Multi-Camera Setups Help set up and sync multiple cameras, ensuring consistency in framing, focus, and technical settings. 7. Adherence to Visual & Technical Guidelines Follow the director’s instructions and brand/technical guidelines to ensure footage meets required standards. 8. Timely Delivery of Raw Footage Ensure all raw files are transferred, backed up, and shared with the post-production team within agreed timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a B2B Branded Content Producer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing successful branded content campaigns. Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling content. Proficiency with industry-standard software for video editing, graphic design, and project management.
