Job Title: IT Infrastructure ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our global team. As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments. You will monitor system performance, ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve incidents quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Linux or Windows servers.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Troubleshoot system issues and resolve incidents.Set up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure.Manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems.Apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues.Work with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processes.Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support deployments and operational workflows.RequirementsTo be successful as an IT Infrastructure Manager, you should have:A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in System Administration.Strong knowledge of either Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) or Windows Server administration.Experience with user management, permissions, and system security best practices.Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage systems.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.BenefitsAs an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on global infrastructure and IT support initiatives.
