Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple domains to create, review, and deliver high-quality learning content for our upcoming eLearning programs. This is a remote, freelance, work-from-home opportunity ideal for professionals who want to contribute their expertise in data engineering, data science, AI/ML, cloud computing, data analytics, healthcare operations, finance, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging course content, including presentations, assessments, scripts, and exercises, based on assigned topics.
  • Deliver clear explanations of complex technical concepts in a simplified, learner-friendly manner.
  • Review and fact-check content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to structure courses into modules, lessons, and practical case studies.
  • Record or assist in video-based training sessions (if required).
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in the relevant domain.
  • Ensure all content aligns with instructional design standards and meets the project deadlines.

  • Data Engineering & Big Data: Data Flows, dbt, Airflow, Spark, Delta Lake, Data Lakes/Warehouses, SQL, ETL, Schema Design, Git, CI/CD, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Security.
  • Data Science & AI/ML: ML Experimentation, Transformers, Multimodal AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Audio Processing, Model Deployment, MLOps, GenAI, AI Ethics, Prompt Engineering.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Microservices, Cloud Cost Optimization, Security Guardrails, Zero Trust Security.
  • Business Analytics & Product Analytics: SQL Mastery, A/B Testing, Funnel Analysis, Retention Metrics, PowerBI Dashboards, Google Analytics, Product Metrics.
  • Finance & Accounting: Invoicing, AP/AR, Payroll, GAAP, SAP, QuickBooks, Financial Statements, Cash Flow, Expense Audits, AI in Accounting.
  • Digital Marketing & Growth: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Strategy, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Management, Branding, KPI Tracking, Marketing Dashboards.

Education & Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Marketing, or related disciplines).
  • Master's degree or specialized certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, dbt, Snowflake, CFA, CPA, Google Analytics, HubSpot, PMP, etc.).
  • Proven industry experience (3–5 years+) in the respective subject area.
  • Prior teaching, training, or eLearning content creation experience is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical expertise in one or more subject domains.
  • Excellent communication and content writing/presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified and structured way.
  • Good command of tools/software relevant to the subject area (e.g., SQL, Spark, Python, Airflow, PowerBI, GA4, QuickBooks, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.
