Software Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our SaaS product features and analytics data.Develop test cases, test features & functionality, and develop automated tests to ensure the quality of our SaaS product features and several dashboard analytics & reports.Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure product quality is 100% bug free and analytics data is 100% accurate.Develop processes to automate QA by using techniques around feature functionality, data accuracy, consistency, and overall product quality.Develop a QA testing process, conduct functional testing, and retest fixed defects.Scale testing to handle defect free releases while managing regular feature and data testing.Become an expert in our system and challenge the development team to promote high quality and follow industry standards.Owning the product end-to-end and sharing product and data quality reports on a daily basis.Document any resulting bugs and operations that are not in line with how the software is supposed to operate.Continuously seek feedback and be the critic of the product to drive development innovation.Work closely and communicate proactively to address new challenges and improvements.About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and driving innovation through continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Test and validate software features and analytics data.Develop and implement efficient testing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Requirements:Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation.What We Offer:A dynamic and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive salary and benefits package.Contact Us:To learn more about this exciting opportunity, please contact us at [insert contact information].
