Job DescriptionTexonico is seeking a seasoned Paid Search professional to lead strategy and deliver impact across international campaigns.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing. Manage campaign structure, allocate budgets, and monitor performance key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct advanced data analysis and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making. Test creatives, optimize conversions, and enhance quality scores through iterative improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align goals and ensure effective execution. Produce detailed performance reports and offer strategic recommendations to drive business growth.Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in Paid Search / PPC / SEM with a strong proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics. Sound analytical foundation and strategic thinking capabilities. Proven ability to manage budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI). Excellent English communication skills and self-driven approach.
