About Our TeamWe're a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in paid media and performance marketing across various platforms.We work closely with e-commerce brands, helping them transform their ad spend into tangible growth.Create high-quality visual and video content that resonates with our target audience and performs well on YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Specialist (Primary Focus)Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging video and audio outputs.Cut long-form content into short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.Add branding, lower-thirds, animations, intros/outros, and hooks to make content visually appealing.Client Support (Secondary Focus)Collaborate with the design/creative team on client projects during peak periods.Adapt and localise existing brand assets for different formats and platforms.Day-to-Day TasksEdit podcast-style video (multi-cam where available, but often single-camera + screen).Sync audio, clean up sound, remove filler content, and add simple sound design where needed.
