About UsAvensys is a global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, providing enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, and managed services.Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Consultant with 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors to lead end-to-end SCDP implementation projects.Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes.Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:Lead SuccessFactors SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer for HR teams and business users.Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements.This role requires a professional with strong technical skills and excellent soft skills to drive success in the organization.
