Job DescriptionWe are hiring a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead the implementation of our HR system.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors modules.As a Subject Matter Expert, you will act as the functional advisor for all SuccessFactors-related requirements and translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications.You will be responsible for managing full-cycle implementation activities, including testing, go-live, and post-go-live support, as well as working with HR, IT, and vendors for integrations and troubleshooting.Your expertise in key modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Succession & Development will be crucial in ensuring standardized processes aligned with global HR and compliance guidelines.In addition, you will recommend and implement enhancements and new features, stay updated on new releases and best practices, and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in SAP SuccessFactors and make a significant impact on our organization.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactorsMinimum 2 end-to-end implementation projectsStrong expertise in key modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Succession & DevelopmentSAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferredStrong HR process and HR data model knowledgeExperience with integrations (SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or third-party systems)Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantageExcellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in Agile or hybrid environmentsAbout UsWe are a dynamic organization seeking a talented individual to join our team.
