About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Screening Analyst. This role involves assessing IT candidate profiles, conducting video screenings, and evaluating candidates' technical depth, communication, and problem-solving ability.Responsibilities:Assess Candidate Profiles: Evaluate IT candidate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements.Conduct Video Screenings: Interview and evaluate 8–9 candidates daily, focusing on technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall problem-solving ability.Create Evaluation Reports: Develop crisp case studies highlighting each candidate's strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated roles.Presentation of Candidates: Communicate findings clearly to project leaders—explaining why a candidate fits the role.Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams and leadership to ensure only high-quality submissions reach clients.Qualifications:Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA.Experience: 2–7 years in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control.Strong Understanding: Software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles.Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.Evaluation Mindset: Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.Required Skills:Software Technologies: Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles.Communication and Documentation: Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.Evaluation: Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.Preferred Skills:IT Recruitment Experience: Experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control.Equal Opportunity Statement:We believe great teams are built by great people.
