Campaign Analyst Position OverviewGreentern is a Singapore-based technology consulting firm specializing in bridging technology gaps for enterprises across the globe. We advise and support enterprises with the right technology solutions and products, delivering truly innovative solutions tailored to their needs.We are looking for a skilled Campaign Analyst to be primarily involved in planning and executing multiple aspects of marketing automation campaigns for clients' loyalty and CRM initiatives.The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of marketing automation, especially in loyalty and CRM space for B2C industry, as well as good exposure to tools used for planning, activating and monitoring campaigns at large scale.Key Responsibilities:CRM & LoyaltySupport in the execution of the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Coordinate across front-end and back-end systems and with all relevant vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints).Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partner with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaignsEnsure the timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understand and leverage system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launchData Analysis and PresentationsConduct data analysis, trending and reporting as per the requirementsShare relevant reports on a timely basisRequirementsEngineering graduates only - Preference to graduates from top institutesWilling to work during US operational hours2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brandsPrior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if requiredPreference to those who are currently residing in US or CanadaProactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.BenefitsRemote position - Can work from anywhere5-day work weekMedical insurance
