Job Title:Dynamics 365 CE Technical ConsultantKey Responsibilities:Design, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules and form customizations to meet client needs.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and Web Resources for efficient data management.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards and SLA/KPI configurations to optimize business processes.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration and custom middleware for seamless connectivity.Power Platform Development:Design and build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Custom Pages using Dataverse for robust solutions.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines and environment strategy to ensure scalability and maintainability.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships and column-level security for performance and stability in a multi-user environment.Technical Architecture & Design:Collaborate with Architects and Leads to participate in solution architecture and create high-level and low-level design documents.Ensure adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns and security & compliance standards for reliable and secure solutions.Why This Role?This technical consultant role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
