IT Service Delivery ManagerWe are seeking an experienced IT service delivery manager to lead our IT service management function. This role requires a strategic and innovative approach to defining and implementing strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the organization.This is a leadership role that involves managing a team of professionals, developing and executing strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ITSM performance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute ITSM strategies and policies aligned with industry best practices.Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance on technical expertise in ITSM frameworks.Establish and monitor KPIs to assess ITSM performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to understand service requirements and align ITSM activities with business objectives.Lead the implementation and optimization of ITSM tools to automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; Master's degree preferred.8+ years of experience in IT service management or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience in defining and implementing ITSM strategies.Strong technical expertise in ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).Experience with ITSM tools and technologies.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer:A dynamic and creative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.About Us:We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
