Job Title: Mortgage AnalystAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Mortgage Analyst to join our team in reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.This role involves assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors and tracking their acceptance and scheduling within a stipulated timeframe.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.The Mortgage Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States is a key responsibility of this role, following up to expedite order completion.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, contractors, and inspectors.The successful candidate must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A background in US mortgage documents review process is highly desirable.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
