Empower Yourself.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensuring accuracy on transactions processedStrict adherence to non -disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying to the same with minimum response time.Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions.Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Fresher'sGraduate, preferable from commerce background (not mandatory)Good command in English, both written & verbalOTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Strong analytical/problem solving, verbal and written communication skillsGood typing skill, attention to detail and be able to work within prescribed deadlinesStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge on MS Office applications Ability to multi-task and capable of delivering on multiple prioritiesAble to grasp/learn new concepts, policies and procedures quicklyAbility to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situationsAble to align with respective Business units operating hoursThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job.  The employer has the right to revise this job description at any time.   You will be evaluated in part based on your performance of the responsibilities and/or tasks listed in this job description.   You may be required perform other duties that are not included on this job description.
