Job Title:Cybersecurity Operations ManagerJob Description:The Cybersecurity Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement.This role requires strong knowledge of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains, ensuring smooth delivery, and adhere to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.They will collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security, manage specialized tools and platforms, conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control and visibility, and drive service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Additionally, they will act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights, monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines, analyze operational metrics and KPIs, and ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:12+ years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Work Location: Mumbai & Bengaluru
