Conversational AI Engineering LeaderOur organization is seeking an experienced Senior Conversational AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models that power our chatbots, voice agents, and telephony services. This role involves architecting and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generator (RAG) based systems to effectively ingest NHS data sources and generate accurate responses for both chatbot and voice agent interactions.Key Responsibilities:AI System Design: Craft and optimize prompts, as well as design voice-agent dialogue flows to maximize response relevance and ensure clinical safety across text and voice channels.Integration and Collaboration: Partner with frontend teams using Next.js and React, and backend teams utilizing NestJS and Python to integrate AI components into our Azure-hosted microservices architecture.Pipeline Instrumentation and Analysis: Monitor AI pipelines, analyze logs, troubleshoot edge cases, and implement continuous-learning improvements.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, advocate for best practices in MLOps, prompt engineering, voice-agent design, and model governance, contributing to architecture reviews.Requirements:Extensive experience in designing and deploying conversational AI solutions.Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and other related technologies.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge conversational AI projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced engineer looking to take your career to the next level, please submit your application along with your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
