Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user experiences for security products, with a specific focus on integrations with third-party tools, desktop products, and enterprise SaaS solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, an inclination to completely understand product functionality, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating intuitive and effective user interfaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design efforts for our security products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all integrations with third-party tools, desktop products, and enterprise SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that the solutions meet user needs and expectations.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency and usability across all products and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience of our products.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing complex products, particularly in the security domain.
  • Proven experience designing for integrations with third-party tools, desktop applications, and enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
