About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our integration solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our integration product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the integration product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to oversee feature development from ideation to release, breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.
  • Create and update technical documentation, including API specifications and use-case scenarios, to ensure internal teams are well-informed about integration capabilities and usage.
  • Collaborate with other Swym teams to launch new integrations once they are ready and effectively communicate their value to all stakeholders.
  • Engage with external partners to ensure our API and integration solutions meet their needs and facilitate smooth integration, particularly with accounting and ERP systems.
  • Gather customer insights through market research, user feedback, analytics, and competitor analysis, translating these findings into product requirements and prioritizing them based on business impact.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, at least some of it working on a Platform offering, or on Technology Integrations.
  • Strong opinions on the future of commerce and appreciation for the challenges that retail brands face today and into the future.
  • A passion for building a world-class product, combined with the ability to think big.
  • Prior experience in a Developer role, with familiarity with reading/writing code, authoring APIs/API specs, and enabling software interoperability.
  • At least some awareness of platforms like Shopify, Magento, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Hubspot, Netcore, and so on.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully take products from concept through launch and drive customer adoption and growth once launched.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and a natural ability to inspire and influence colleagues.
  • A deep desire to drive impact, with a passion for making a real difference in the work you do.
  • Prior startup experience, preferably as an early employee or founder, would be a significant advantage.
