Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Design Architect with exceptional capabilities in computer renderings and architectural design to join our dynamic startup team in Pune. This role requires a unique blend of design flair, professional capabilities, and graphic design skills to support our growing business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
Develop and present detailed architectural design concepts, including sketches, 3D models, and computer renderings.
Create comprehensive architectural plans and detailed drawings.
Provide assistance and support for New Zealand architectural projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design practices.
Prepare and curate design portfolios to showcase VIKON’s projects.
Produce high-quality graphic designs for presentations and marketing materials.
Support office administration tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your architectural design and computer rendering capabilities.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
