Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Design Architect with exceptional capabilities in computer renderings and architectural design to join our dynamic startup team in Pune. This role requires a unique blend of design flair, professional capabilities, and graphic design skills to support our growing business.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and present detailed architectural design concepts, including sketches, 3D models, and computer renderings.
  • Create comprehensive architectural plans and detailed drawings.
  • Provide assistance and support for New Zealand architectural projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design practices.
  • Prepare and curate design portfolios to showcase VIKON’s projects.
  • Produce high-quality graphic designs for presentations and marketing materials.
  • Support office administration tasks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your architectural design and computer rendering capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
