As a Credit Advisory Professional, you will support the financial services division by preparing client profiles, understanding business models, creating comprehensive data packages, and handling coordination with lenders and clients for funding proposals.You will interact with corporate clients to understand their business model, project requirements, and funding needs.You will prepare detailed credit analysis reports, including debt service coverage ratio (DSCR), interest coverage ratio (ICR), and other financial parameters.You will create comprehensive client profiles and business summaries for lender presentation.You will prepare financing proposals for various projects, including cost of project, means of finance, implementation schedule, and revenue projections.You will work on lease rental discounting (LRD) and real estate project funding proposals.You will coordinate with lenders, financial institutions, and clients to obtain pending documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.You will prepare and maintain progress trackers for each case showing stage-wise progress, pending tasks, and next actions.You will assist in drafting financing notes, renewal papers, credit justifications, and compliance reports.You require excellent command over credit advisory, project finance analysis, and financial modeling. You should have working knowledge of Excel pivot tables, financial formulas, and MS Word. You must have strong understanding of financial regulations and credit appraisal processes. Good communication and follow-up discipline are essential for dealing with clients and stakeholders.You should be a finance professional with a bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance. 2-6 years' experience in banking, finance, or consulting is preferred.
