Build and Grow a Thriving BusinessWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Advisor to join our team. As a commercial advisor, you will work with business owners, founders, and investors to establish holding companies in trusted jurisdictions for asset protection, business scalability, and tax optimisation.Your key responsibilities will include:Creating pre-incorporation sandbox businessesStructuring shareholders and directorsSigning early Letters of Intent (LOIs) and preparing agreementsFormalising holding companies with full digital and advisory supportYou will be a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp, helping clients achieve their business goals. As a commercial advisor, you will introduce at least 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures, guide leads into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation, follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals.Our team provides ongoing training, support, and guidance to ensure your success.
