Our inspiration comes from nature and the deep rooted cultural heritage of our beautiful planet.Since 1996, we have been designing, building and managing some of the best homes in the world.Role & Scope of WorkQA/QC Site Documentation management for all projectsGenerate Fortnightly and monthly reportsGeneration of Quality inspection reports of projects, QC documentation on a daily basis at the allocated projectReport Generation/ Raise NCRs/ Reduce NCR,s by preventive recommendations/ better practicesFollow up with ops team for closureChecking of conduits and sleeves in concreting wokschecking of Internal & external works of Plumbing works in villas/apartments, Fire fighting ,Fire alarm system , WTP, STP, Reticulated gasWitness testing and commissioning of MEP works & equipments at onsite/Lab/3rd party lab/Vendor placeWitnessing, testing and commissioning of Pre ,during & post installation of MEP worksCheck ,Review and detail study of relevant drawing,Preparation of SOPs/ Quality Documents/ ITP/ Checklist/ Method Statement/ QAP/ ManualsReview of contracts documents /technical submittals/ material submittal/ Method statements/ reports and other relevant documents submitted by contractors/ subcontractorsMonitoring, Sequence of building & supervision of execution work in fields of Plumbing, Fire fighting ,Fire alarm system , WTP, STP, Reticulated gasEnsure that executed work as per specification & drawings and meet the quality standardsTesting of materials/ process/ workmanship and generate records on the same acceptance/ rejectionAwareness of all types of construction materials and functionsHighlighting queries to concern authorities .Co-ordination and follow up with them for rectificationConducting | attending all technical meeting at site to resolve site related issuesTraining to operations team as and when required to avoid deviations in work execution and to share the existing Quality issues that need to be addressed to prevent recurrenceEffective coordination in between the Civil & MEP personnel at site for smooth execution of the workCoordinate with all other departments with respect to QC/ QA requirementsDevelop and conduct training session on technical topics that are relevant to real estate construction works.Organized and detail-oriented approach towards the job responsibilities that are delegatedShould be able to multitask and prioritize using good time management skillsAssist the entire QA team with files management (online and hard copies as applicable)Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also preferredAnalytical approach and proficiency computation and presentation toolsShould be fluent in operating on MS Office tools and Basis of AutoCAD to create/ analyze drawings.Ownership and AccountabilityYou shall be accountable for the following in your work:Timely delivery of all documentation as per Quality department’s requirement.Compile data from reports that come from site and reports for the team and ManagementMonthly management meet preparatory worksMaintain up to date Checklists, test reports and any other documents and records as found necessary by QATo provide technical solutions to Quality issues (with guidance and reference standards)Technical interactions with contractors and other relevant agenciesReview of procedures ,Shop drawings ,Technical submittals & witness testing and commissioning of MEP activities at site and vendor placeAssist QA team in creating/ updating the process Documents, Testing Documents, Quality Control Formats, Training Material, EtcBuild, implement and monitor the Quality Management System ( QMS) along with QAAssist the entire QA team with files management (online and hard copies as applicable)Organize and record Monthly Quality Review Meetings with QA and QC teams,Support QA Managers and HOD in QA activities related documentations, meetings and documenting every aspect of the activities that come under QARequirementsQualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical. Experience- 10 to 15 Yrs in field of Plumbing and fire fightingExperience: Must have 6 to 10 Yrs in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance in MEP works Knowledge: Construction Quality Control and Quality Assurance process and documentationGood organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to work alone and as part of a team, and excellent communication skillsTechnical Skills & Competencies:Experience and knowledge on QMS, QA/QCExperience in Finishing worksKnowledge of applicable IS codes/ standards/ specifications/ drawingsWell versed in Quality testing tool and techniquesMS Windows, MS office and AutoCADBehavioral Skills:Team player with people engagement and management skills.Ability to work under pressure to achieve desired QualityAnalytical and problem solving in naturePrioritize and execute high pressure and complex activitiesExcellent written and spoken communication skillsSelf-starter, highly flexible, self-directed. Ability to adapt to change and accelerated timelinesHigh level of integrityPhysically fit to operate on construction sites.
