As a Quality Control Analyst, you will ensure the integrity and compliance of loan transactions across multiple systems. Be part of a dynamic, high-volume environment where your attention to detail drives operational excellenceJob SummaryAs a Quality Control Analyst within the Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team, you will review documentation and approve loan transactions on commercial loan systems for multiple Deal Set-up teams and Lines of Business. You will participate in projects assigned by the Manager and ensure all work meets daily deadlines and high-volume expectations. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across loan operations.Job ResponsibilitiesReview documentation to ensure compliance, credit, audit, and funding requirements are metVerify approved and executed documents for consistencyApprove new loan bookings, renewals, and modifications on commercial loan systemsApprove loan fundings, wires, payments, and rate updatesEnsure all processed work adheres to established proceduresUtilize multiple loan and supporting systems for quality reviewCommunicate and clarify information with processing teamsMeet service level expectations and achieve team and individual goalsParticipate in projects as assigned by the ManagerOrganize and prioritize tasks in a metrics-driven environmentAdapt to best practices and seek continuous improvementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsHold a college degree or possess minimum 3 years of financial services or operations experienceDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skillsExhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesOrganize and prioritize work while handling multiple tasks concurrentlyUnderstand the importance of details and apply a methodical approach to tasksWork with urgency and adapt to evolving best practicesFunction cooperatively, sharing information and supporting team goalsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsUtilize prior experience in Quality & Control, Commercial Loan Booking & Funding, or Loan ProcessingSupport a teamwork-oriented environment and present a professional attitudeEffectively multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight service levelsDemonstrate proficiency in all MS Office programs and quickly adopt new systemsAdapt to new technologies and process improvementsExhibit a commitment to continuous learning and developmentManage occasional overtime as required
