Destination Management SpecialistAbout the RoleThe Destination Management Specialist role is responsible for overseeing administrative and marketing operations effectively, maintaining accurate records of daily tasks, procuring and processing invoices for office supplies and facilities. Key responsibilities include:Managing destination operations, administration, and coordination while controlling regular expenses.Supporting teams across regions with operational, admin, and coordination work.Coordinating administrative activities, liaising with vendors, and stakeholders.Implementing contracts with service providers and clients.Providing necessary resources, including stationery, food, and corporate gifts as required by business units or management.Maintaining vendor bill records for timely payments after seeking approvals.Processing bills to accounts for payments and maintaining receipts of invoices.Filing claims and recovery.Handling petty cash, preparing vouchers, and reporting payments to cellular service providers and entertainment facilities.Coordinating with employees, housekeepers, and vendors for office facility procurement, repair, and maintenance.Supporting destination accounts across regions with daily operations and back-end support.Monitoring and tracking operational activities across regions.Reporting activities as required by business.Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.Documenting and sharing client interactions for team accessibility.Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.Experience with invoice processing and vendor management.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
