Key Position:We are seeking an experienced financial professional to manage our bookkeeping operations in the United States.Main Responsibilities:Financial Transaction Management: Process, save and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accurate correlation with purchase orders in QuickBooks.Tax Compliance Support: Assist with VAT calculations, prepare supporting documentation and liaise with external accountants for timely submissions.Accounting Liaison: Provide management accounts support and respond to queries raised by external accounting firms.Expense Management: Organize, review and process expense claims in QuickBooks, managing reimbursements for employees.Cash Flow Management: Prepare and process supplier payments by raising requests in QuickBooks for authorization by bank signatories.Financial Documentation: Supply accountants with required supporting documentation, including bank statements and transaction details.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile company bank accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.QuickBooks Configuration & Maintenance: Create and manage accounts in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate categorization and reporting.Key Requirements:Familiarity with QuickBooks software and its applications in bookkeeping operations.Strong analytical skills for identifying and correcting errors in financial transactions.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with external accounting firms.Able to work accurately under pressure with multiple deadlines.Knowledge of US tax regulations and compliance procedures.Detailed-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.Friendly and approachable with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.Our ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
