You will collaborate with Brand leaders, Digital Marketing Heads and Brand Agency Heads to pursue the Brand partners’ priorities effectively and garner renewals from the Brands with your superior delivery, sharp insights & prompt servicing. You will ensure that our Brand Partners thrive, their brands flourish, and their loyalty & preference for parentune grows stronger. You would be making this possible with your can-do attitude, analytical skills & insightful presentations. A minimum experience of 2 years in a Client Servicing role for a Digital Agency or a Digital platform is the bare minimum ask for this role. 🌟Responsibilities:Brand Renewal MasteryConduct the Client campaigns to garner superior results for their Brands & initiativesCraft persuasive, insightful & compelling presentations that resonate with Brand’s essenceCollaborate with the team internally to ensure Client’s Success followed by their renewal Campaign Execution, OptimisationMix potions of data, creativity, and strategy to optimize the campaignEnsure timely deliveries—with a sync up throughout the campaignPrepare daily & weekly dashboards that reveal the campaign performanceClient Presentations & FeedbackAnalyze data to find quantitative and qualitative insightsCreate compelling & insightful reports, empowering Clients to take superior decisionsReceive and act on Clients’ feedback for a win-winDaily discipline of internal cadence to enhance campaign performanceEnergise the entire team & excite with Client campaign resultsRelationship AlchemyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the Brand/Client Build personal reliability with Brand Managers, Digital Experts, CMOs, & media agenciesUnderstand Client’s goals, audience demographics & campaign objectives deeplyServe as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication.Media MavenCollaborate with internal teams—Technology & Content —to deliver exceptional resultsResolve any client concerns promptly, ensuring a delightful journeyHost media events, screenings, and influencer meet-upsMust Have Skills :1. Low on ego, high on empathy & listening Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in data analysis, and media trendsAbility to balance creativity with business acumenProven experience in client servicing & success Great with collaboration skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This is a full time role based out of Gurgaon and is a Work from Office roleHiring Process:Each talent is onboarded through the Onboarding Top Talent (OTT), which has 5 steps:First discussion - Get to know you a little Time sensitive exercise followed by a discussion- (in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)Second discussion (in person with the Hiring Manager at parentune Gurgaon HQ)Third discussion with the Founder -(in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)Interaction with the team - future collaborators - (in person at parentune Gurgaon HQ)Some of these in-person rounds are done on the same day/visit.
