Job Role: Chief Rolling Stock ExpertQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringPost-Graduation preferred in Electrical / Mechanical EngineeringStrong technical foundation in Rolling Stock design, operations, and maintenanceExperience Requirements:Minimum 20 years of professional experience in Railway / Metro Rolling StockExperience must include Rolling Stock design, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and interface managementAt least 3 years of international experience working on Railway / Metro systemsPrior experience in senior technical advisory or expert roles preferredKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all Rolling Stock–related activities for the projectReview design documents, technical specifications, and interface requirementsCoordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teamsProvide expert guidance on Rolling Stock procurement, performance parameters, reliability, and safety standardsEnsure compliance with international norms, project specifications, and best engineering practicesSupport testing, commissioning, and acceptance of Rolling StockEvaluate vendor proposals and participate in technical negotiationsProvide periodic progress reports and recommendations to the clientSkills & Competencies:Strong expertise in Rolling Stock technology and system integrationKnowledge of international Railway/Metro standardsExcellent leadership and coordination abilitiesStrong analytical, documentation, and presentation skillsAbility to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
