Job Title: CCH Tagetik Business AnalystDescription:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and drive the implementation of analytics solutions using CCH Tagetik. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that leverage the Analytics Information Hub (AIH) to drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with data transformation processes, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic. You will work closely with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.In this role, you will write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting, design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies, and integrate Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs.You will also be responsible for ensuring secure user provisioning and access control, participating in performance tuning, testing, and deployment, and providing ongoing technical support and driving continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong technical skills with data transformation processes, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Experience with CCH Tagetik and Analytics Information Hub (AIH).Ability to write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Benefits:Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Others:Our company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
