Job Role: SAP Business Systems AnalystAbout the Role:The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.Key Responsibilities:Work with business teams to gather requirements and drive end-to-end solution delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support UAT.Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.Develop solutions for data analytics, reporting, and AI-based insights.Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.Support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN, etc.Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.Requirements:Strong knowledge of SAP and data analytics tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
