Financial Operations ManagerWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization across various business verticals.Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and financial entriesPrepare and finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reportsHandle project-wise costing and vendor paymentsProcess payroll, check monthly TDS, PF, PT, ESIC & GST summary, prepare relevant data, respond to queries, and rectify defaultsReview GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, handle GST department notices, provide clarifications, and required documentation to authorities, and coordinate with consultantsCollaborate with auditors and management for financial reviewsInventory Management: Track project-wise material consumptionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction / real estate / glazing industryProficient in Tally and MS ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skills
