Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled leader to helm our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team. This role will involve coaching and mentoring a team of specialists while partnering with clients to shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies.Main Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers and content developers.Provide coaching, feedback, and career guidance to build team capability and confidence.Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Client Engagement & PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on their vision, roadmap, and governance approach for digital adoption.Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Translate business needs into actionable strategies and scalable frameworks.Build strong relationships with client leadership teams.Solution Design & Delivery OversightProvide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe solutions across enterprise applications.Ensure solutions align with client goals and integrate seamlessly into digital ecosystems.Review and guide solution design to ensure user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.Thought Leadership & EvangelismEvangelize best practices for digital adoption.Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills and technical best practices.Stay current on innovations and advise clients on emerging trends.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred), and 3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projects are necessary. Strong project management background (Agile and/or Waterfall) and WalkMe Delivery Consultant certification are desirable.
